Pack your belongings
Villa Local and Long Distance Moving provides packing materials, including boxes and tape, upon request. You are also free to provide your own materials if preferred. If there are items you do not intend to take with you on the trip, please remove them from the service area when possible.

Clear the path
Be sure to clear all walkways and pathways from any obstacles so that our professional and skilled movers can get to work without any interference. To protect floors from accidental scuffs or dirt while we help you move, consider setting down a tarp on the area to be worked on before we arrive.

reserve a Spot
Want to go the extra mile? If possible, set up a sign or safety cones for a saved parking space outside your site, taking care to keep the spot as close to your front entrance as available. Have yourself or a trusted representative on call to provide guidance during the day of service so we can get the project finished quickly and efficiently.

Special details
Last but not least, give us the heads up on any special instructions needed to get to your location (gate codes, driving instructions, etc.) to clear up any confusion that may come up during the moving trip.

other things to know…
- Villa Local and Long Distance Moving operates with a crew of up to ten people, and we have both 26 foot and 16 foot trucks, equipped with lift gates and ramps, on call for use depending on the size and type of job requested.
- There is no additional fee to work between floor levels or on the weekend. Depending on the square footage of your site, Tetris Masters Moving will work anywhere from 3-8+ hours during service.
- We do NOT move spas or pool tables for safety reasons, but we DO move gun safes and pianos for an additional fee if they do not exceed our weight limit of 500 pounds.
